The hardest part of this assignment was deciding where to go and shoot. I drove to many farms and fields and nothing was catching my eye. I decided to go down by the Greenbelt and hope for the best. I originally thought of shooting in the Japanese garden but then thought this bridge could be interesting. I went around 8:20 in the evening so I was in the golden hour and the light really was golden. I walked around the bridge and got all the different perspectives. It was a challenge to avoid people in my shots because it is a popular place to walk when the weather is nice. For my humanized shot I did the water tower. I like the contrast the red brought into the image. Towards the end of this shoot, I was trying to get enough sun in my pictures. It was neat to get different perspectives of the same object, I know that was the point of this assignment, but it really showed me how many different pictures you can get of the same object.

Brenna, great job! I love the golden sunset in your pictures! It really brings a mood into them! I also love the different angles you chose! This is a great perspective series! You should check out Leah’s series too! https://leahuntsphotoblog.wordpress.com/2018/06/06/landscapes-in-a-different-view/comment-page-1/#comment-11
Brenna! Your landscape shots are really cool! I wish I would have thought about shooting at a bridge too, it looks awesome. I think for sure my favorite shot is the one where you layered several images on top of each other. The way they’re blended and mixed look amazing, great job !!!
I also love the shot where you got the sun right on the bridge itself, so it made it cool and interesting. The only thing I would say is to make sure you align it just the left a little bit to make sure it’s straightened, but that’s it!
Mikelle did a pretty cool job too with her shots, so check hers out! https://mikellepouwer.wordpress.com/
